Good mornin Billie, Jan, and Jo it's a pretty day here in Georgia. The air is beginning to smell like fall. I love it when the leaves all start falling and air smells so sharp and crisp! My favorite time is when the leaves in the North Georgia mountains are all gone and we take a ride up there. I like to be able to see the lay of the land and all the deep hills. Mountains are not very far away from where we live...maybe 1 1/2 hrs away.
I messed up big time yesterday and WAS IT EVER FUN! Can't name the foods....might make someone want to go get some for themselves!
Today I am trying to be good...hmmmmm...now how do I do that? So far only ate an egg.
Billie is right we got to kleep on kleeping on until we are all weight loss winners!
