Thank you for the thoughtful response: it's a lot to rule out/discover so I need to prioritize due to expense. I don't believe the dentist used protective measures during my fillings removal 15+ years ago, and I learned I have a genetic vulnerability with Phase II detoxification so I've done various "detoxes" over the years and feel the need for one now (environmental insults and stress are hard to avoid in the U.S.!). I'll get the book and continue conversations with my (new, holistic-minded) dentist, and bring all these possibilities to the attention of my (holistic) MD.
