But everytime I ask what kind of services are available, all they say is they dont do what they claim in various catalogs or directories of such Help Agencies......... (imagine that)
my main target has been to locate an Advocacy to guide me thru appropriate services to discover what is available
any suggestions or any experiences with anything that works ? Is it possible to get out of this maze ?

Have you gone in person to any of these places? Since this is a Social Security forum, you should be aware that SSA is open to the public 9-4, M, T, Th and F; and 9-12 on W. Do you have a specific SSA question?
I doubt that you will find one place that has access to making decisions about all government assistance programs.
