I agree with kiwi that you need to speak to your GP and get a referral for a thorough examination.

I have Anxiety issues which have affected the feeling and operation of my eyesight. I also have double vision, but that cause is so rare it is not worth mentioning.

I know you said you take nothing for your Anxiety, but are you on any meds at all? Some have side effects that cause vision issues.
