I think your struggles have more to do with anxiety and your OCD than any dopaminergic hypersensitivity. You do yourself a disservice by researching all of these issues. An anxious OCD mind will take these bits of information and turn them into a diagnosis. Then, one gets trapped in that diagnosis. The resulting anxiety can cause symptoms.

Sleep is important but you get enough to not put your brain at risk. But, you may be suffering from fasting hypoglycemia. It just means the body runs out of glucose energy, often 7 to 8 hours after a last meal. Try having a protein and complex carb snack just before bed. It may help you maintain better blood sugar through the night. The brain needs good energy to sleep.
