Pro,
I would suggest you stop reading so much...I think you are giving yourself plenty of food to feed your worries.
I have no doubt now that anxiety has been a big part of my sleep problems.( I also believe the anxiety is a pcs symptom). You know that old saying, "you are what you eat"? Same goes for the mind...we are what we feed our mind too.
As far as sleep goes I have done pretty good on 5 hours since 5 hours became a lot of sleep.
