I can understand your concern about all of the things that you are experiencing.

They might indicate an auto-immune disease and it is good to read that your rheumatologist has arranged a thorough series of tests.

When you get the results I would be happy to comment on them if you think that might help (because of my day job I know a fair bit about immunology).
