Went straight from my last clients home to mc donalds for a grilled chicken sweet chili one. and oatmeal, my favorite comfort food there!
Made it to the movie the return of the river. Good environmental movie about how they tore down 2 dams to save the salmon/river indian tribe. My new friend stephanie was not there...she had said she wanted to see the movie.
Came home and talked to jeff about canceling our land line phone. WE both have cell phones. He wants to get a new phone, his is very old and he hates texting 123 abc....I did that for a long time, now I talk and text it is great!
then I made myself go to the gym and walked on the tred mill for 75 minutes!
Glad to go, it had been a while.
Still AF day 25.
