You might have to split it equally yourself, if you can. Otherwise you could call your doctor.
I understand now why Dr. Bihari liked patients to mix LDN themselves from a 50mg pill, it is because it allows dosing latitude and total control of potency. I cannot imagine dealing with a doctor to change doses multiple times and deal with the pharmacy.
