Hi Amit, everything in the product you list is a VERY low dose. I take all of them separately and in much higher doses...Methyl B12 1000mcg daily at least. Some days 2000mcg.

Vit C I take most days close to 2000mg and my C contains rose hips and aerola, it's a Vit C complex product. I know some folks who take ove 5000mg daily of Vit C spread thru the day. Vit C is a wonderful antioxidant.

For my folic product, I take folate which is a more bioavailable form.

Niacinimide I take 500mg daily at least as I deal with arthritis and it's known to help OA.

I'm taking supplements over 25 yrs and I learn more every day it seems. The product you mention is OK but not that "powerful".

I can't suggest what to do but I know for me, I take higher dosing of most. Maybe look into taking more Vit C for starters....Do some research on Vit C for your issues.
