Hello All,
Looking for help with my current supplement regimen. Feel free to weigh in on my supplements, dosages, etc.
I cannot swallow large capsules so I either open up the capsule and pour into almond milk or a smoothie or I try and find powder or liquid supplements.
Taking these every morning with my smoothie:
B-12: 500 to 1000 mcg daily (Twinlab vegetarian formula, sublingual, bottle doesn't say what form)
D3: 2000 to 5000 iu liquid
Omega-3's:
ALA 4000 mg cold-pressed chia oil
DHA/EPA 500mg algal oil (plant-based from marine algae, which is what fish eat to get Omega-3).
B-50 I've been using Whole Foods brand "B Daily Essentials" containing:
B1 50mg
B2 50mg
B3 55mg
B5 100mg (as d-calcium pantothenate)
B6 50mg
Folic Acid 400mcg
B12 50mg
B7 300mcg
Choline Bitartrate 50mg
Inositol 50mg
PABA 50mg
Probiotics (for digestive issues)
L-Glutamine @2000mg (also digestive)
Protein Powder: PlantFusion plant-based blend with BCAA's and enzymes
Chia (milled ground chia seeds) for fiber
CoQ10
Sometimes I add some Vit C but even the buffered stuff seems to give me stomach problems.
That's my basic morning regimen.
Later in the day I've been taking a multi-vitamin with minerals.
If my headache pain is unbearable I have to take Percocet to get through the day.
At night I take @175mg of magnesium citrate (I take the minerals and magnesium seperate from morning regimen and meds because I read that these can cause other supplements and meds not to absorb properly).
Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks!
