About 8 years ago. It's funny because the Lake is only 2 blocks from here but they have blocked off all access to it for miles. And the whole reason I moved here was the lake.

Guess the city wants us to PAY for everything, like the Y.

Isn't it ridiculous. nothing is FREE anymore?
