I would agree with Mark based on me. Anxiety plays a huge roll here.

I got back on my wakeboard for the first time in 1.5 years last week! Yesterday I even allowed myself to catch some air. Never been big on a helmet but I have one now and am very comfortable wearing it. Can't wait to get my ski out but I am not ready to take the stress of a start yet.
