I have been dealing with some nasty road bumps daily on my way to work. I try my best to minimise the impact but its impossible to totally avoid the impact. I have noticed that I have been very depressed and irritated for no obvious reason. I feel uninterested in the surroundings and lack enthusiasm and interest for just about anything around me. I have no other major symptom otherwise just sleepiness and light and sound sensitivity. Can my frustration be related to those moderate few bumps that I encounter daily ?

I have some other things going on like lack of social life has really been bothering me a lot lately. I have no social life at present and add my mtbi symptoms to it I feel unprepared mentally for my arranged marriage which is going to happen soon. I feel undesirable and unworthy of any girl that my family comes across which really makes me feel like a loser to the extent that I have become panicky to perform and prove myself to people.

Is it that or the road bumps that I feel angry and irritated all the time ?
