Good luck with your testing.
Hubby and I eat a lot of non-gluten foods: lots of rice, some potatoes.
We do buy Gluten Free soy sauce and usually keep a frozen loaf
of Udi's GF millet bread in the freezer.
For folks who are sensitive it is good to get rid of the old teflon pans, cutting boards,
and clear out silverware drawers and toasters where bread crumbs might be hanging out.
