Count me among the interested. I looked at a small, German made infared device sold on Amazon, but was in so much crazy pain at the time I couldn't figure out how I could use it. I also looked at a portable infared sauna, but I could not deal with unpackaging it and setting it up. A mat makes more sense, but the cost is hefty.

Have you tried kratom? What is WINS and MBSR?
