It's quite confusing. My uncle just received benefits because he has a bad knee. Someone could say he could learn to sit at a desk. they still give him benefits.

I could be told I could if I could do this I can work anywhere for 40 hours a week even though I haven't been employed for 10 years making that pretty difficult. You see what I'm saying everything seems to be a contradiction.
