I started this thread a year and a half ago.

Cannabis does occasionally help with neuropathic pain, it does not have any affect on numbness and does not improve walking (unless perhaps a deficit is caused by pain).

It may provide some benefit with eating and sleep but with your bladder disease and other symptoms, you should really discuss the idea with your doctor. Many doctors have changed their tune lately and now support its use for some conditions.
