Default Good for you!

Liza Jane! Bout Time you got LUCKY! Overdue, maybe? Sounds like a reasonable, cautious approach, as long as it's not tooo cautious...you know what I mean. Guess no bronc riding for you in the near future, right?

Billye, there are lots of sites/flights such as this, mostly 'regional/local' tho that could get you to the docs you need....
http://www.patienttravel.org/index.html
I've learned of these from a cancer friend of mine who is in a 'trial' in NYC and gets to fly weekly, monthly etc. when needed for treatment and tests that have to be done THERE. It is essentially 'seats' on corporate jets that would go empty otherwise....they used to be limited to cancer patients only, but it seems they're expanding...found a site yesterday to that effect [will find and pm you]...only qualifier is that you understand that it could be a 'miss' if the corporation has other 'priorities' and that you be ambulatory...get up and down the steps of the plane w/o aid [aside from a cane and a hand] ...
All I can say is these guys are seeing the 'LIGHT'! But, I do have a bias here...

Liza Jane, I am really interested in how the 'forteo' is going to work [or not-heard mostly good things about it on thyroid and cancer boards-do not know myself?]...that may be next on my 'menu' of whatevers.....I mean, one can only chomp down soo many meds and supplements in a day...it seems as if my day is occupied with the 'timing and pacing' of the chomp/swallows totally! The total is over 15 pills PD, and, 4 are calciums, plus 2 vites...adds up. Miss some the whole thing goes klaphooey! Sometimes seems like overkill but at other times ultra-necessary? Drat, before PN I took 3 pills[meds daily] and nothing else! All tests were peachy all over...until...this.
Plain old 's to all for now. - j
