Thanks for your very kind offer St George - "over here" is actually down in New Zealand. By the time it got through customs, had import taxes added etc it's probably just as easy to make it. I've found a couple of recipes on-line so will have a go.
Also have just found Biofreeze here finally, which MrsD recommends. Thanks to the many suggestions I've found here on NT hopefully I'll have a few more options this summer.
