I'm also curious about the results of the Paneri protocol. Frankly, I wouldn't ingest anything without knowing what's in it and how it was certified free of dangerous contaminants. However, as you must know, the protocol is based on Ayurvedic principals. I have worked with an Ayurvedic practitioner here in California and I have found the program she gave me does indeed make me feel better. There are plenty of simple techniques you can try without spending a dime and there are blends of herbs you can buy from a trusted source and put together yourself easily enough. I'd be happy to share info but don't want to spend time writing if you or others are not interested.
