My outstanding symptoms revolve around inner and i think it's possible to have a Fistula in my right inner ear.

My symptoms are dim light brain fog (surreal feeling) and Tinnitus.

All this I believe is tied to torn membranes in the inner ear. However prior to having surgery how would we be certain of Perilymph Fistula?
