So in the brief 1/2 hour that the meds provide relief, I listened to the downpours outside and looked at the weather forecast. I was curious to see what the migraine alert was since I had a head pain too and I'm trying to track my allnighters for whens and whys.

According to accuweather, there is a big red exclamation point for high arthritis risk for today, and the pressure is dropping.
The migraine weather says its beneficial for today though. I thought that migraine and arthritis weather related pain were brought on by the same weather conditions. I know it has something to do with the pressure drop. Anyone know what the difference is?
Any weather changes seem to irritate it for me. My body needs a week or 2 to acclimate to it. And sometimes i gotta go for the meds as well. Hang tough. Sleep is a privilege not a right when you have SFN.
