Its my belief it's torn membranes in the inner ear because of the sound sensitivity and dim light disorientation.

Most things would have healed by now on its on.

I have also developed painful headaches if i lean over or tilt my head to the right on the exact site of impact. they go away after a few seconds however very painful.

i don't know how much my recovery has been influenced by lack of sleep. However the insomnia has been horrendous the past 18 months. I'm lucky to get 4-5 hours of sleep...at best.

My tinnitus is awful. As in so many different sounds and nothing can mask it.
