If you struggle with sounds, that does not mean an ear issue. It is a common neurological issue due an injury to how the brain processes sound. Tinnitus is similar.
The dim light issue is also a neurological issue.
Based on what I have read about perilymph fistulas, none of your symptoms suggest one.
I would be more concerned about your sleep. Lack of sleep will easily make the other symptoms much worse.
What is you sleep hygiene like ?
What do you do in the hours before sleep ?
What is you sleep environment like ?
What happens when you try to fall asleep ?
Do you fall asleep but wake up early/frequently ?
