Default Swollen brain / Head pressure feeling

I get this pressure in my head that feels like it is coming from the inside - as if my brain is swelling inside my head and causing the pressure. I used to have it constantly, but now it seems to be different from day to day. I can't find a pattern to what causes it.

Is this normal? What causes this feeling? Is it neck related? Why would it come and go? Is it increased inter cranial pressure? If so, isn't that a very bad thing?

I tell my neurologist about it and she kind of just ignores it.

Can this be treated somehow?
Thank you.
