I've had this, like MicroMan I think it's related to poor circulation. Fish oil and regular exercise should help over time, even if it's just daily brisk walking. Making sure you have good posture might help too. Finding patterns to PCS is frustratingly difficult.

Concussion 28-02-2014 head butted a door edge. .
Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
