Default New here- can numbness & tingling be only symptom of MS?

Hi all. I posted a question on the PN board too as I don't have a diagnosis yet. About 8 months ago, I started get tingling, numbness and other weird sensations. Primarily it has been in a glove stocking distribution. As time has passed, I can now feel it sometimes in other parts of my body. It comes and goes in my fingers and hands, but it is constantly in some part of my legs below the knee. A diagnosis has been delayed as we first suspected a pinched nerve or that it was related to some back pain. I've had an MRI of my lower back that revealed some slight degenerative changes and slight bulge. A nerve conduction test was normal. The PA I was seeing for my back has now told me he does not believe it is related to my back problems. I have been in physical therapy for my back, but my therapist says that I have no motor weakness and don't present like I have MS. Still, I know that numbness and tingling is a common symptom of MS. I have no vision changes. I pushed for a B-12 test and my number was 373. They consider it normal, but I know that's on the low end so I've started with an oral supplement. I have been unable to get an appointment with a neurologist yet. They are still trying to find one to see me. I've been frustrated with this process! Certainly, my symptoms are not normal and I just need answers. I guess my thoughts are whether parathesia can be the first and only symptom of MS or whether 8 months just isn't long enough for other symptoms to appear. Certainly, I am intent on getting an appointment with a neuro to find out. Thanks for listening.
