I figured out to take the chicken out of the oven when I smelled burning
one hour and 20 minutes into cooking.
I think that the glaze burned. Maybe the chicken inside is fine. Or maybe it is not cooked inside at all. Next time: Hello crock pot!
I'm going to cool it on top of the stove a few more minutes and stick in the fridge to deal with tomorrow.
