Well, we are under a "State of Emergency" here in VA with Joaquin on our doorstep....should make for an interesting weekend

Well, I am back on regular vitamins (I slacked off for a month) and I could feel the difference with tighter muscles, sporadic twitches and feeling a bit more run-down.

But, I learned a lesson, I think, and will remain vigilant.
