Hi Kanna,

You might want to start taking vitamin B12 1000 mcg. once a day this helps calm the nerves down and I know it had decreased my seizures greatly. From what I have studied about epilepsy one of the causes that can sometimes lead to seizures is ADD, ADHD, autism, brain tumors, anxiety, stress and lack of sleep. According to my Dr. both stress and lack of sleep are the two main things that can trigger seizures for a person.
Having your eyes move back and forth or to blink rapidly is all part of some seizures. It happens to me a lot when I have absence sz. also called petit mal seizure.
Here's wishing you only the best and May God Bless You!

Sue
