Wow. That is all I can say.
Whatever has been going on in Georgia the last 2 weeks is about to do me in. Overcast, misting, raining at times, warm, cool and now cold ! And my pain meds don't seem to be covering this either.

I've always used cold therapy to help my SFN....my husband always told me to try a heating pad as it helped him. I'm naturally hot natured and anything hot, even coffee, would cause me to sweat. Since it was cold yesterday and I was hurting so much in my arms I used it and it helped.....shocked I was !

I'm sure Bubba was smiling down from Heaven saying "see...I told you so".
