Confused New to community

I have had pain in my left forearm and pinky and ring finger for about 19 months. 13 months ago I had an MRI which showed significant problems in my spine. I had a laminectomy a year ago, which did absolutely nothing to alleviate the pain in my arm and fingers.
I have been to pain management, neurologist, muscle and nerve specialist, upper cervical chiropractor and and an acupuncturist/homeopathic Doctor. Most have said there is nothing that can be done and two believe that it is RSD. The chiropractor has been the most help for me. He wants to try to relieve the pressure in my wrist with natural products. I would like to try this as I feel I have been pumped full of so many medications that my immune system is in sad shape.
I am a bookkeeper with my own business so when I miss work, it is a problem financially. I enjoy my work but since my fingers hurt so badly after being on the computer for hours, I have hired someone to help me out with data entry.

I am looking forward to any help and advice you all have to offer and will gladly help anytime I can.
