Are autonomic symptoms found in people with large fiber? I get so confused. Up until June, it was the basic tingling in the feet and leg zaps. Now it's occasional burning face and hands, the dryness, painful hands for sure, dizziness and nighttime restlessness. What's next? I never read about anyone with the dizziness. I hate this type of surprise. This is a tough one. Makey me angry

Peripheral neuropathy is most likely what your feeling. Autonomic neuropathy usually affects nerves that your body controls involuntarily, like digestive system, balance, sweat response, bladder function, bowel function.
