Np. I used thioctic acid for 6 months but dont work. Later two weeks of a low dose of Lyrica and as i awake frightening pain one morning, my doctor told me that dont work. Now since months im tryng Gabapentin (more thioctic acid), i dont know if it works, but my pain is a little better.
Have you ever tried capsaicin or "Nerve Support Formula" (this last will be something just "comercial")?
