Some have had good results with Carrick trained chiro neuros. Others found it to be an expensive experiment with minimal benefits. I think it depends on the specific chiro neuro and how he relates to your specific condition.
I suggest you be direct about your ability to afford his care and ask if there is any way to reduce or keep costs down. Some health insurance will cover parts of his care. Chiro manipulations are often covered but chiro diagnostics are not. Physical therapy and Occupational therapy are often covered if he uses them as part of his treatment plan.
