Welcome to NeuroTalk.

The first thing you should do is get a vestibular assessment. An ENT can arrange this or a Hearing and Balance Center can also help. You may need to be treated for a subtle upper neck injury. They usually do not show up on a CT Scan or x-ray. These can contribute to dizziness.
