Eggs are only fattening if you add fats to them. (Mayo, or butter)

Poached or hard boiled, they are full of nutrients. When dieting and really hungry, hard boiled eggs become very appealing to me .

I find eggs early in the day block hunger and carb cravings for me.
Our eggs here in the US have Omega-3's added to them.(through the chicken feed). Eggs here are also very affordable protein sources. (I will have 3 hardboiled for lunch often, but not every day)

This is the nutritional content of a cup of chopped hard boiled eggs. ( I think about 4 depending on size).
