I'm not sure if you meant to say that you weren't diagnosed.

I wonder if you've seen your general practitioner or a psychologist at all over the 10 years about the anxiety and depression.

You also mention that you feel worse once a year. Have you been able to pinpoint any reason that might happen.

I'm sorry you have such serious concerns about your family. Are your anxiety and depression affecting your work situation?
