Well, as usual, I'm forever looking for help for creaky joints and the OA I deal with..More and more I realize from all the info I get, it's deficiencies and also what we eat that is harming us.
Just found this NEW group and their info on glycine and arthritis and sleep and that glycine is found in many organ meats. I eat chicken livers maybe once a year.
Anyway, another thought. I'm going to buy glycine powder and work with it for a while see if anything "gives".
