Default Urodynamic Review and Studies

Had a neurologist assesment for Insurance Company. I mentioned that GP had sent me to urologist to investigate pressure to urinate since accident. As one goes through varying tests told there is nothing wrong maybe it is caused by the brain injury.

Neurologist states tests undertaken, CT urogram, has no bearing on neurological bladder assessment and has asked for a Urologist review and urodynamic study to be organised. Insurance company like me unsure what is meant, and required, and referred report to their psychologist for interpretation and comment.

In the meantime acupuncturist has focused on this issue and noted improvement in the pressure to urinate although flow can still be an issue.

Can anyone elaborate on cervical cord problem which am told results in such urinary issues? Right side impairment also indicative of cervical impairment am told for which he wants an MRI.
