I hope you get some answers soon.
I also hope you experience relief soon.

On the concern about "spreading," I think I would pursue a professional opinion and/or intervention as soon as possible. Maybe just my own take on this.

Interested in learning whatever you learn about your concerns, interested in how you are doing, if you'd like to share.
