I'm certainly not an expert but I hear so much good about Oil of Oregano, do a good search on it for it addresses so much I've read and heard from others. I'm buying it and will keep it on hand for any issues that I feel this oil could help.

For me, I've been taking grape seed extract for 20 yrs and KNOW it has about gotten rid of allergy/sinus issues overall for me. grape seed ex also reduces diabetic symptoms. Again do a search on this powerful antioxidant. Best I can offer and hope you can get relief. Collodial Silver is very effective too. I use it for some yrs and coconut oil too.
