Hi, i just wanted to chime in on this one. I have both crps and fibro. I am on cymbalta and horizant (an extended release form of gabapentin). At night i take either a muscle relaxant or a sleep aid. Tried lyrica prior to horizant but never both together since they are a similar drug. Interestingly, lyrica made the nerves in my legs more hyperactive and my emotions too weepy. I was skeptical to try horizant. Whatever is different, i dont know but it works for me. (My thyroid is low too, and i have some of the other typical fibro symptoms. Took a rheumatologist to break the news to me.) Best of luckto you
