Frown Please tell me if this sounds like gastroparesis?

Please stop reading if reading about toilet habits makes you feel yucky.

Thank you in advance for reading.

I have always been very regular 2 times a day with strong urge. I started slowing down these last 3 months. First I noticed stool was much smaller/rounder marble like- but still very regular. This went on for a month. Then the stool became harder/smaller and dry.

Husband told me he thought I driank to much tea. So I cut tea out and added fibre & more salads to diet and drank more water. I did notice a 30% improvement that week. But still not like before nor very good.

Then I started getting badly backed up with a full feeling and have gained 2.5 kilos this month from constipation.

Currently I do not have regurgitation, nausea, early satiety, vomiting, gerd, gas,or unexplained excessive fullness. I have good appetite and as long as I can keep things moving. But in saying that if one is already constipated any more eating will make you feel overly full. But as long as I can go to loo, I can eat. The main problem is I am not getting the urge to go anymore or the urge is very weak. I don't know what this is called when the urge suddenly goes away?? But it's like I can go for many days without the urge where before it happening twice daily with a strong.

I have looked at my bloodwork and it is normal including thyroid.

Constipation issues ironically started around the time my adult stepson moved in with us and we have to share a bathroom. I started dreading using same toilet (mostly from shyness) and I started getting toilet anxiety. I generally feel very stressed out about the bathroom situation, but I don't thin enough to make me stop going altogether.

Though I am not sure if my gastro issues are actually a result of this or if i have developed mild gastroparesis causing chronic constipation??

I am not sure if this now merits a visit to gastro??

Thank you!! xx
