I do not get a closing sensation but I have an issue with anything being around the front of my neck. The last hair cut I had the guy wraps the apron around my neck with tissue paper. I asked him not to do it so tight and put my finger in between to loosen it up. He got offended and said "It's just tissue paper". The smallest pressure on my throat makes it seam like I am being smothered.
