I can't really comment on whether these symptoms are a sign of gastroparesis. However, I would certainly think that any time you have a sudden change in bowel habits that persists for 3 months - this would warrant a visit to a GI specialist. If you are developing some kind of bowel obstruction, etc. - that could be very bad.
