I have also read somewhere about some baths (epsom salt and / or soda bicarb) but the written material is messy and hard to comprehend what exactly should be used, how, when, for how long, etc. I then also read about serious side effects of (I think) epsom salts, so I'm currently unable to draw any firmer conclusions.
Would you mind sharing your experience or opinion / knowledge about these 2 types of baths?
And can both these be used together in the same bath water??
