Ok.. A good day for me is when I get enough "energy" to complete a task such as laundry, filling up my dishwasher, playing with my child, grandkids without me being in a lot of pain. (The pain is still there, but not much)  Now, a bad day, well.. lets just say.. the bad outweighs the good days! Love, Desi
