I agree with Bud. I think that this is just anxiety at play. I am now firmly believe that anxiety takes our neurological symptoms and ramps a 2 up to an 11 out of 10. I know it has been happening to me all the time. My neurological stuff that is really just "weird" and "distracting" I have been interpreting as life threatening.

I know that it has been a huge problem for me since my bad concussion. Try to relax and let any of the symptoms pass. There definitely wasn't any damage.
